About

Throughout my life and especially during the creation of this book, over 800 people reached out to support the development of my book. In an effort to pay it forward, I am sharing the profits from my book with several organizations and schools in my community. If you would like a portion of your order to be donated to one of these organizations, please add their promotional code at checkout.

CODE: SANMASSIMO

The church of San Massimo is located in the hometown of my late husband Francesco. The church dates back to the late sixteenth century, and houses the wooden statue of the Madonna of Pagliara. The church suffered structural and interior damage by the earthquakes that hit the Abruzzo reign on April 6th 2009. The community continues to raise funds to restore the damage, and your donation will add the people of San Massimo to restore this historical building.

CODE : BESTDAY

The mission of Best Day of my Life So Far is to reduce senior isolation and promote intergenerational engagement through storytelling. Senior isolation is the root cause of a range of health issues, from depression, weakened immune systems and to premature death. Best Day began in 2009 in Philadelphia. Your donation will aid the organization in developing additional programs for seniors.

For over 36 year, I have worked with the residents here, and continue to do so today. For many, their families have pasted on, and my fellow co-workers are now their family.
